Psych meds affect different people in different ways. A psych med that is useless or even harmful to one person may be a life saver for others. Maybe psych meds need to be used more judiciously than they are now, but they certainly should NOT be banned.

I think it's just the spasmodic dysphonia (it affects the muscles controlling the vocal cords) he has that makes it sound like he isn't pronouncing the words correctly.

That works for riboflavin, certainly. He might have even said "Riboflave." However, that doesn't account for the adding of syllables and not knowing what the ingredients are.
