I don't recall if I've shared much about my project since my return, a five day week with five hours of sleep does strain my recollection only so slightly, but I'm essentially doing a soft launch of my written universe. At the end of high school was when I accidentally fell into writing and basically became possessed for a solid month writing. I shifted my focus throughout college from writing more, to writing lore, and even to running a few D&D esq campaigns set in my written universe. Prior to my circumstance, my biggest audience and also co creator, was my wife. She both enjoyed hearing about my stories as well contributing to them. Many valuable characters and ideas were gained from our longest running campaign of several years.
I cannot say if it is futile or touching, but I did elect to start sharing my written universe on our wedding anniversary this year. It sadly was just shy of one full year since her passing. She always enjoying listening to me tell stories and that drove me to add an audio element to Spotify, even though I cringe at my own voice and existence, though I have broader prospects for it after a month when another element of distribution launches.
Seeing the development of things is interesting to say the least.
