It is sometimes, and I'm sorry. If you can focus just on breathing sometimes it helps me

things that are borderline impossible or impossible:

getting and maintaining a job
cleaning my Pigpen
social relationships


the older i get, the less capable i become. and i'm only 42

all my bleepin' life everything has been exceptionally hard, much harder than for regular folk. join the club.
