training videos say that all the employees are required to help with loading. hold them accountable.

no more socializing between managers and employees. (i think that that leads to nepotism).

hold managers accountable for saying things like "i don't think that's 50#" (when the Litterbox clearly said 113#).

require Leadership to take critical thinking tests, and know how to write in complete sentences.
