I went down the rabbit hole of cell tower electrician climbing videos. I doubt they get micromanged. They do talk on the walkie talkie occasionally but that's pretty much it from what I've seen.

Janitor is another job that has 0 zero talking unless if you count talking to the boss. These jobs are physical and the pay isn't amazing so maybe it's not what you're looking for.

I work as a porter/cleaner. Sometimes talking when getting deliveries in. Mostly communicating through email with boss. The only ones I have to talk to is colleagues, but try to keep out of the way and read my book.
I also worked at a second hand bookshop managing the online shop, writing book descriptions and listing them online. I want to get back to this.
Collections caretaker. Archives. Scanning books/documents for digital preservation. These seem other choices I think about.

I worked in a factory where I had my own section, and was left alone to do the job.
I worked in a plant nursery. I did the laboring down the back. No customer interaction.

Two of the three jobs I had were janitorial but they were in retail while the stores were open. My girlfriend's brother who's been diagnosed with autism since he was little is employed doing the same, janitorial while the store is open. We talked to other employees & managers a lot more than we talked to customers. Customers expected stockers to know where things were more than us. My second job involved working with a crew & some of them did stuff that was more skilled like stripping & waxing floors. Janitorial is physical & I would advise against the OP doing this since he struggles with lifting close to 50 pounds.

Perhaps being a security guard would be easier for him if he works at night while the place is closed. My supervisor at my second job had done that YEARS before he was hired by the store & he mostly just walked around the place. Unfortunately I think alarm security systems have largely taken over that job but some places still might hire a guard to monitor things if it's kind of an outside area like a factory with warehouses & other buildings.
