At my job, I'm allowed wear headphones and listen to stuff on my phone. I don't like music that much, but i do wonder if i can use that time approx 3.25hours to learn something.

Depends what works best with your mind and your attention at your job. There are great podcasts you can listen to, spanning many different subjects. Audiobooks are also an option if you want to learn new things at work. I have sometimes put on long meditation youtube videos on just to listen to the audio. Because there is no vocals I found they relaxed my mind rather than distract.

Great suggestions so far. Thanks you.

I do enjoy some frank sinatra from time to time but I don't know if you'd consider it classical

Meditation sounds may be good to treat my work anxiety, but as I meditate at home it might put my brain into meditation mode. I do like the idea of podcasts though, I don't don't know where to even find podcasts except clips from YouTube.

I have premium youtube in my house so I watch many podcasts on that platform. I know spotify is supposed to be big in the podcast world as a platform with many I see on youtube being there too. I don't know if they have any paywalls or just commercials for free version as I use soundcloud platform, they have tons of podcasts there as well.

Many do live streams where everyone can chat online during the podcast, they can be interesting at times and some subjects no matter what you believe.

Audio books are a good option. I have an Audible subscription and it's only about 16 dollars a month here in Canada. I'm not sure what it would be in your country of origin but I assume its pretty cheap.

^^ That's a good suggestion, unfortunately I find techno music too overstimulating, maybe I could try with the volume really low

^^ I hear it's common for people with adhd to get tired after taking stimulants so that might be why

Today I tried podcasts on YouTube as was suggested here, it's hard to find 3 hour long ones but I did come across an informative one on reversing type 2 diabetes (an ailment I suffer from)
