My arms are weak and I can't pull myself up easily but my legs are very strong.

I'm not sure.

More like somewhere, my strength is cranked up in ways that's not well regulated.

Like I struggle to be physically more gentle. Sometimes to a point of breaking things off.

I struggled with this since childhood.

It could only looked like I have more physical strength enough to lift stuff that people of my stature normally wouldn't or couldn't.

But in reality, I might be average or weaker.
My body is just not very efficient and just tend to using up more energy or power than it usually should.
Giving an illusion that I'm physically stronger, with an imbalanced physical baseline.

I'm very weak compared to other guys but I never been into exercising. The three jobs I had were menial labor & I was a tad stronger being active but I was still very weak compared to other guys. Most women are probably stronger than me.

No. Someone has to be below average.

On the opposite, I'm VERY weak physically. As a child, I always wondered why it was like that the other children were so much stronger than myself, even if they were shorter than me or younger 8O

At one time in my younger days thought I was stronger than I really was. Then I would go about trying to tackle things normally beyond someone of my stature. But through, stubborness , or whatever , and the guidance of a few brief ,instructions from a very few people whom taught me to use leverage , whenever possible. Hard to have a better assistant to help, than the laws of Physics .

Why not do something about it? Just about anyone can build muscle, at any age; my book is just one of many options.

I expect that most of us would not be very strong. A bit of autistics fit the classification for nerds/geeks/dorks which are stereotyped to not be be strong. It's not uncommon for autistics to have problems with motor-skills or coordination & that along with us tending to be introverted homebodies probably leads to avoiding various physical activities. That's the case for me. I'd much rater spend time on computer or watching TV & playing video-games than playing sports or going to a gym

Yes and no, it depends on the specific test of strength.

I don't think I'd do well bench pressing, and I'm slow AF when it comes to sprinting, but I can carry a lot and I seem to be able to overpower ops when battling in the corners.

There does seem to be a pattern, but it’s hard to tell if it's a genetic imperative, or just that we are not ambitious at sports, so lacking the motivation for self improvement, and tend to take jobs that do not require much physical activity.

As usual there are exceptions, and Bjorn Borg comes to mind.
