As far as I understand, 60 years ago, my grandparents all got married and had my parents when they were only in their early/mid 20s and I bet a lot of other people's grandparents did the same thing. But it surprises me how there are and were millennials and older gen-zers who also got married and had kids at the same time as our grandparents did. I certainly know of a few in my extended family and on my step mum's side of the family.

I have a cousin who married at 22 and still are today with no kids and my step sister got married I think at 23 and has two kids and still together 15 years on. Even some celebrities did the same. I found out that Rochelle Humes from the girl group The Saturdays got married in 2012 at just 23 to a guy called Marvin from JLS and both have 3 children.

I don't understand why things like this bother me when it wasn't even on the radar to get married early and I'm sure a lot of other people didn't either. I don't know if just happened for them because it was just down to good luck and chance that people meet one another early in life and end up so much in love that they decide to start a life together early than many others.

Because they found someone and they feel ready.

You got it all correct @chris1989!! !

The people who find love, get married and have kids early can all be attributed to luck!

For them it all came down to being in the right place at the right time

The rest of us have to work harder to achieve the marriage goal but you do NOT want to be rushing yourself into lifetime imprisonment Chris so really think about if you truly want to be married and what the real motivation is behind desiring that...

EDIT: Also, celebrities are on a completely different playing field than regular people and they have to be VERY social by the nature of their job so it's not strange at all for them to be able to find a romantic relationship without too much struggle or effort!!
