I've heard rumors of a catheter (pee bag) and swollen legs. He's no spring chicken but it does make me wonder if something more serious is going on.

I’ve seen pics of his swollen ankles.
An elderly Aunt had the same problem, she died of congestive heart failure. So something isn’t right with his health.

He eats nothing but McDonald's and Chick Fil A fried junk, the better question is how the heck is he still alive?

Gotta love how the maga maggots would have ripped apart Joe Biden but live in an Egyptian river whenever there's clearly anything wrong with Trump, which is virtually all the time.

Swollen ankles and wrists, medically known as edema, are often caused by fluid retention and can signal various issues from simple factors like prolonged standing to serious conditions like heart, kidney, or liver disease, blood clots, infections or injuries. Other causes include certain medications, high salt intake (McDonalds?), and arthritis.

For somebody trump's age it's really not surprising and although he is overweight and does not exercise (a stroll down a golf course doesn't really count) he is probably on his feet > average for 79 yr old and he is running a multi-billion dollar empire and the world's largest country.

I agree with Barchan, it's a miracle he hasn't keeled over sooner.

While I despise him and want him out office ASAP, I am worried that Vance could be worse.

the republican party candidates for a future president is a like trying to find something edible in a bowl of stinking and rotten fruit (Note to mods, I am not calling republican leaders rotten fruit, merely using a comparator for illustrative purposes). Problem is the current leader is not only rotten to the core, but he's also past his expiry date.

If he is in good health then how come he has an orange face? I read somewhere that an orange face can mean ill health in older people.

Or maybe he's a man-size oompa loompa.
