Got written up.

Not going to share on why I got written up. But to vaguely put it I was struggling with mental health problems that were a factor to my work performance.
Anyhow, I have feared this day would come. Throughout the whole day I cried and was very depressed. I'm now itching to get out of this hell hole despite my transportation issue.
I am wondering has anyone here ever gotten written up? Did you guys eventually bounced back? Needing some motivation during my lowest point in life. Thank you in advance.

Hello ArcticVixen,
I'm sorry to hear you got written up at work for something mental health related. I don't know what your employment laws are like in your state since I'm canadian, but I would assume getting written up once isn't grounds for firing someone.
I would suggest asking your employer for a physical or digital copy of the write up so that you have proof if they try to fire you illegally.
Also, think it would be a good idea to look into an organization that provides free legal help and resources to people with disabilities. I have no idea what your laws are like, but there has to be some sort of special legal protections for disabled workers where you live.
Also does your employer know you have autism? This might be a misunderstanding if your employer thinks you are a NT who was just acting inappropriately.
Anyway those are just a few thoughts that came to my head, I hope someone more knowledgeable will chime in with some more applicable information.

Anyways, I am from Washington state and unfortunately the US has a "work at will" law. Workers over here barely get any protection rights. HR only sides with the company unless if it's a very bad situation such as sexual harassment or discrimination.
I will admit I was at fault for my situation. Been constantly doing it over and over again. But at the same time my mental health was spiraling and even using all my PTO wasn't enough to heal me. My boss who filed the report is very assertive (despite playing fake-nice) Not to mention the line I was moved to isn't my preferred line. I miss working in my usual warehouse where I was more productive. I'm very depressed where I work at right now despite the benefit of a 4-10's schedule.

Does the americans with disabilities act protect workers with mental health issues? If so, that might be something that you can look into.

Not sure about mental health. I will have to research that eventually. Someone I talked to did take a medical leave due to their depression. Eventually they were able to apply for a new job. Unsure if they were paid to be away though.
