Might not say immutable .....depending on circumstances ! .Sometimes for some people it can be an asset , and keep you out of trouble..( but this is not to say that a person should not stand up for themselves) .. but if in a given situation you choose to be outgoing with good intent. Any rejecrion of it . With being able to let the rejection wash over you light a light breeze .Because sometimes thar just happens, and it is near impossible to know another persons mind at any given time. imho
