Did you walk into clothing racks in stores when you were little? I did.

I do not recall ever doing that

Yes, in a playful way. I used to walk through clothing racks. Kids find joy in the simplest things.

Yes, I found funny little things like that fun when I was kid, especially if I was bored and waiting for my mom to finish clothes shopp8ing soon so I could go look at the toys, and the small pets they had in the store back in ancient times.

I did the same thing too! I hid inside those circular racks at some Y2K fashion store my mom used to shop at. Image

No I didn't but I can see the appeal

I have a vague memory of running through the washing on the line

I remember the clothing racks vividly because my dad used to sell clothes when I was a child.

I did. I enjoy the textures of the different clothes.

Yes, it was a place to hide when I was overstimulated.

I did. It was like a hideout.
Although, "walk into clothing racks" could mean accidentally walk into clothing racks? I'm certain I've done that too.

I actually assumed that's what was being asked  The idea of hiding in them did not occur to me. I hated cloths shopping. I was too anxious when out & scared to act out or stand out by doing something I was not supposed to, having tantrums/meltdowns, trying not to fuss so mom might be done quicker, &/or distracted by looking at funner stuff.

Yes and it was purely for play and boredom.

I get utterly bored whenever my mom goes and kept looking for clothes, which happened too often than I ever wanted whenever I go out with her.

... I'm still going it to this day for the same reasons if I had to be stuck around her.

I was a ganglebot... I walked into all sorts of stationary objects and still do. :D
Oh... but I can't remember much from when I was small enough to hide in a clothes rack, assuming I could evade mother's eagle eye in public.

When I worked retail I never seen anyone trying to hide in the clothing racks when I was cleaning or passing by or whatever.
