It seems to be a world made for Neurotypicals from songs on the radio to how easily everyone communicates and laughs together. I always feel like a fish out of water whether I go to work, or to Walmart; how can I be comfortable in my own skin in a world that was made for NTs where I don't fit in and where im scared of any social situation? There must be some mindset or paradigm shift that I need to think more healthy. Something where I don't have to mind being different.

You have a friendly face!

I also feel like a fish outside of water and I'm just plodding along as best as can be given the circumstances. I also feel very much uncomfortable in my own skin in public given that society has become so toxic ... so I try to keep my world small and only surround myself with people that won't attack or hurt me. I'm not social at all anymore and I keep to myself nowadays.

I'm sorry I don't have much wisdom for you, but I hope you feel better soon.

I have not much wisdom to share but you are definitely not alone, which in a way, makes you less of an outlier than it seems. We are fish of the same waters.
I feel like Mr. Bean a lot of the time, I call it my Mr. Bean curse. Really goofy mishaps happen to me all the time and I have to clumsily get myself out of them using the wonky tools I have. I'm always a little bit stressed. A little bit lost. Dumbfounded. Another analogy I use to describe existing as myself is living out a chimps' tea party. I'm just sorta making a mess while trying to do human things I don't really get.

Thank you Fishy and exec for relating with similar experiences. Im glad to not be alone. There must be some way of thinking about it that helps; I wonder what it is? I'm going to discuss this with my counselor next time.

The world wasn't meant for humans in general. After all, it's mostly covered in water that's too salty for us to drink, most of the land isn't fertile enough to grow food, and millions of people are starving, homeless, and miserable. Maybe we're all some alien species that were sent to Earth millions of years ago as some sort of punishment by the more intelligent and less destructive alien life forms.

I don't feel that this world was built for me, either. I feel as though I'm from another time and I was frozen for later date.

You're right!

It's made for short people.

 tis the truth; humans act like Earth is their property and yet it's treated like trash. In this case I'd be glad to be a nonhuman alien from another planet.
