I seem to find myself sometimes comparing myself to people in their 20s and 30s who are famous who are in sports or the music or the film industry looking at people like footballers, athletes, F1 drivers, actors and musicians and look like they are at their peak between 20/25 to my age (30s) and seem they are happy and content with where they are right now whereas I sometimes feel I haven't achieved much. I don't know if I am being unrealistic comparing myself to these people but that's how it feels.

I never wanted to do a sports career during or after school even though I enjoyed basketball, swimming, trampolining etc at school nor did I want drive fast cars on a racing track or get into acting. I did at one stage try to play bass and dreaming of starting a band and had lessons at school but I found it really hard and eventually I stopped playing.

After leaving school I did art at college and uni but eventually lost interest in that and maybe found myself wanting to be a writer because I really got into reading more than drawing. I still want to do it and have ideas on paper but I still haven't published anything and it still hasn't come to anything.
