Why would someone wrongly assume that I cant make decisions?

They say I am incapable of handling my own health concerns just because I participate in casual sex and accusing me of having sex addiction. I’m falsely put on medical guardianship when I am high functioning am able to make my own healthcare decisions. Does this mean I can’t ever have casual sex? I’m a competent adult who is falsely put on medical guardianship because of my casual sex addiction and because of my iq of 76. Why would they even assume I can’t handle my own health concerns and incapable of making medical decisions? Does this mean they think I’m mentally challenged?
