This is my beliefs not truth
I think alot of existence of cosmos.
I believe that the inner core of the soul are autistic or not and that the autist soul are looking for a body with a brain with a special wireing. The soul is eternal but the body is mortal and will be destroyed. The soul can not be found within the body.
Soul is eternal and in our universe there are a limited nubers of souls that jump from body to body. The body + soul constellation have something that the soul lack otherwise there is no point for the soul to possess a body.

From with we contain spirit that guides, self that inspires
and creates a I-Physical reality for spirit to express, and
the infinite wisdom to see beyond and let the instincts given
to us by the god and goddess to strive ahead and

In otherwords, we are all part spirit and part universal
wisdom in a physical-form( this is what I read into your statement)
