Hunter recovers after being shot by dog

Mebbe it was Dick Cheney's dog?

Didn't that happen before? It was in Bowling for Columbine. A pair of hunters dressed their dog up as a hunter, the rifle went off (it was triggered by the dog somehow), and one of them got hurt...

And that's not to mention a few Darwin Awards I've heard, either...

It's also incredibly similar to what happened in the film "The Plague Dogs", only it hit somewhere else. :? (That part of the film was so sad! :( Although having said that, the whole film was rather tragic... )

Accidents like that have happened before. When I read about it I remembered when I was a kid my dad warning me to be careful about things like that while we were hunting. Don't rely too much on mechanical safeties.
That article is a good reminder.

Wow... I am not becoming a hunter...
maybe his dog was angry that he was hunting other animals

Dogs, especially those bred for hunting, typically love to hunt.
