That sounds like Precordial Catch Syndrome, which I suffer from quite frequently. It's decidedly uncomfortable, and can exacerbate existing anxiety, but is basically harmless. That said, I would urge you to get checked out by a GP to make sure it's not a sign of something more urgent.

Thanks for the concern - but I very much doubt I have that... it's a mixture of different concepts causing overwhelming stress... I can't handle it all. :(

Love is a mysterious thing, though you may want to cut back on your cholesterol intake just to be on the safe side.

Yeppers I clearly like this girl don't I? But I know what the world is like - the only way for me to deal with this is to continue my persuit - can't wave the white flag now - I've come too far. Tell you what, even if this persuit is to no avail, I gave it a go...
This world is a b***h - there's no shame to admit that the damn thing gets me down a lot - the world is a f***** up place... I would actually rather expect her to not get with me anyway... but I still have a chance in this - so long as there's a chance, there's every reason to persue the girl that can umm... literally make my heart ache.

This just happened to me recently. Before that, I didn't know it was really possible.

Whenever I run for 100m. Or otherwise excert myself. Though often it's just my chest that is to narrow to handle lung-expansion properly.

Samtoo, I think that happened to me a few times before... usually either over fictional characters dying or over how all these people in the world were suffering and I couldn't do a thing about it.
