I'm thinking that biology (especially genetics and developmental biology) have far more to do with it than the Bible. Although scientists do not fully understand autism and ASDs down to the last p and q, they are building explanations that are fact based.
I think we could use some of your "proofs" to prove that other religions are validated by the Bible.

This immediately reminds me of the song "My Sweet Lord" by George Harrison. Hari Rama ... Hari Rama ... Or the Sufis that spend long periods trying to know and love God.

Most religions include such ethical teachings - prohibitions against lying, murder, envy, hatred, gluttony, etc. In fact, these often predate the Bible.
In the Middle Ages (aka Dark Ages), the bubonic plague was explained in religious terms. This did very little to help people. Then we started to move away from supernatural explanations for the world, we discovered microbes, then ultimately determined that
Yersinia pestis is the cause. Now it can be treated in people when recognized, and we can reduce the disease by controlling the vectors (rodents, fleas).
Religion can give meaning to people's lives. But religious texts are not scientific texts. Trying to fit everything into a religious paradigm can force people to give up their rationality, and it ultimately tarnishes the religion.
