Could have gone to the local 6th form college, though it's a little "crap", to say the least.

Besides, I hate change. Can't tolerate it in any way whatsoever. I'm happy going to the same school over and over :). Don't know how I'm going to cope going to uni the year after next though.

(Public NT school - second year 6th form (year 13).

The poll should have included grad students. I'm starting my first year of a Ph.D. program at Penn State (main campus in State College).

I hit none of the above. I went to grade school. Was both skipped forward grades and held back grades. Dropped out of high school after 3 months. Did a bit of college. Did so-called schooling in institutional settings. Did special ed high school. Got a graduation ceremony in special ed based on age alone. Tried college, crashed and burned spectacularly, dropped out again. All the while had been learning nearly everything on my own and not in school. Which I continue to do.

well, I am a parent
so here is the breakdown of my kids:

Alexandra- 9th grade/ honors classes - wants me to start homeschooling her... I am not sure yet, I want to see how so does the first hald of the year-

Justin-6th grade/regular classes with a IST (individual support teacher) for some classes and he will be reevaluated to see if he needs more

Rayna-2nd grade/regular ed- I did homeschool her in the past...

Nicco - special education preschool with children of various disablities ( manly ASD, one with downs, one with apraxia) and 3 NT kids. the ratio is 3 children to every teacher, class size is 12 children and 1 teacher, 1 aide, 1 speech language pathologist, 1 occupational therapist.
He goes year round.

and then the baby- she stays at home with me.... but she has speech and occupational therapy, 1 hour each 1 time a week.

Michele

oh, and I will be going back to school in the fall-
busy, busy, busy

I go to a regular high school with no aide (yet) but am currently failing miserably at it. So this may change in the near future. I also go to community college part time.

I'm in 11th grade.

I finished High school in 2002. Highschool was pretty enjoyable for me, apart from a few bitchy squabbles.

Last year I did a certificate in graphic design, and really enjoyed it.

This year i'm doing a 3 year bachelor of computing, It's reasonable, some pretty boring though, I enjoy the people more than the actaul course. :)
