Had at any point that sleep itself, for any reason (too cold, dehydration, etc.) made you sick?

Not that I can think of. Sleep is usually good at sorting out headaches for me.

How much sleep do you get a day, on average?

I don't know.
On extremes, it ranges around 0-24 hours. The mean?? It depends. Nothing lasts for half a year.

There was a time it was 3 hours for a about a few months.
Sometimes around 9 hours split in two separate times of the same day, for several weeks.
Sometimes over 10 hours over a week... Or month.
But those were just a few examples. Mine just varies wildly.

It doesn't matter if I had any scheduled activities, school, work, or nothing.
Sleep hadn't always been kind to me even if nightmares to me are very rare.

It doesn't help that I have some physical interferences other than/regardless of any sensory issues.

Usually about five, if I take my prescription sedative. If I manage six, I'm thrilled.

Extremely different from night to night. I also sleep a lot during the day now I that have a long holiday without the ability to go anywhere. As soon as I feel super bored when being conscious I decide to go to bed.

Do you also fight boredom with sleep?

I would if I could sleep during the day. lol

Are you good at staying on task?

I don't ever feel bored.

No I'm not good at staying on task despite taking ADHD meds.

It depends. If I'm interested in something it's hard to not focus on it, but otherwise I suck at staying on task.

Do you use lip balm?

I've used to.
Because I like the sweet like flavor on my lips. If only it wasn't so waxy or oily. Or that it constantly compels me to purse my lips.

Yes, even with my fingers.

I barely had any idea what those terms mean other than the former is more about favoring tradition, and the latter is mostly about favoring 'progress' of whatever directions.

And I'm very aware that's a very simplistic definition.
