Remember what I said about oil prices hitting $80? It did in trading today. I am predicting everything correctly at an amazing accuracy. Now AMD is in the $3 range as well and I wrote that back in January as well as Intel hitting $15 I said that then as well. I predicted this nasty recession and there might even be a Great Depression 2.

Don't throw away your 2008 calendars. This year may come back when you least expect it.

I sense that 2008 will be last year by 2009.

I also predict that a newer and even more annoying internet meme will spawn!

I am hoping that Obama will be the next FDR.

So am I. We definitely need another FDR after all the damage that has been done over the past 8 years. The last thing this country needs is another sock-puppet for the oil industry.

Oh, and FireBird... please don't predict that we'll be taken over by China! It would be sad if every state became a "red" state.
