I asked my mother and she said "Fast rate, normal prosody".

It depends on the topic. If I am monologuing about a subject it's monotone because it tends to be internal monologue escaping without inflection. In q&a, speech pattern's normal but blunt.

kinda singsong; never really monotone, a little high-pitched, but that's me..;)
