Collecting stuff

I want to collect something other than Bionicles. I wanted to collect Duel Masters cards, but they're expensive for cards. I also wanted to collect Dungeons & Dragons figurines, but they're not sold here.

I would suggest Warhammer 40000 miniatures but they are quite expensive. They look awesome though.

The Warhammer ones look awesome. They sell them at the toy shop. It's a shame I'm not allowed to have money though, 'cause if I did, I'd buy some.

I only have two "armies" consisting of 10 space marines ( I currently have to paint them, but before I did they were "Ultramundanes") and 20 Imperial Guardsmen of the 85th Albaren (a regiment I created).

I'm more into sci-fi than fantasy. But some of the Warhammer miniatures do look pretty nice.

ohh i got many an army

Dark Eldar (Kabal of the Severed Eye) my own creation about 3000pts maybe more
Space Marines (Rainbow Warriors) a real chapter about 1500 pts
Skaven both Clan Moulder and Clan Pestilens and a normal warlord Clan (Clan Solkai my own devising) (real armies) about 6000 pts total
Dogs of War Kislev style-1500-2000 pts
I'm gonna start Witch Hunters soon perhaps Wood Elves one day too
close to my pagan beliefs

I've been at this since I was 13 mind you

I think Bionicle has gone downhill since they got to that underground city type thing.

The Bohrok (think that's what they were called) were awesome.

I agree. My Bionicles would be worth over $1000 AUD!

I started when I was 13 but due to lack of a job I haven't been able to recruit more miniatures into my "armies."

well having no friends and no life in 6 years and somewhat steady jobs for 3 of those years and whatnot will get you a mighty big collection :lol:

I wish I had a big collection, but since I'm the only one for miles around that plays 40k where I live I can only collect them and not actually play games with them.

I spent 8hrs straight painting my twenty IG soldiers a few months ago.
