No Jail Time For Student Accused Of Assaulting Teacher

HILLIARD, Ohio - An 18-year-old high school student accused of assaulting a teacher avoided jail time on Wednesday.

The Higgins family said it plans to file a complaint with the Ohio Department of Education because Jeremy was suspended even though the school determined his behavior occurred because of his disability, Mallett reported.

This teenager is 6 feet 7 inches and weighs 380 pounds. 8O
Maybe they need someone from the WWE to teach that class.

The kid's is in the wrong school placement. Medication or not, you can't assault someone. What if the teacher had been killed? We want our kids to learn, but we need to put them in the best placement that's safe for all involved.
