Dimebag darryl was freakin awesome! Too bad about what happened to him. What a shame. Eddie van hallen kicks ass too. I like marty friedman, chris poland, scott henderson, frank gambale, wes montgomery, joe pass, tal farlow, allen holdsworth, the list goes on...

It would have to be between Eric Clapton & Stevie Ray Vaughn. I can't pick a single favourite!

Not only was Dime freakin awesome at the guitar, but he was awesome in personality too. A very humble, down to earth person.

If only you read the articles about him in last month's issue of Guitar World... it would just eat at your heart. Such a shame that some psycho had to take his life away. His brother watched him die in front of him onstage, being the drummer in Damageplan, Dimebag's band at the time.

George Harrison - everyone says hes underrated, is he? Dunno but I love what he has done for the Beatles.
Prince - he is never rated highly as a guitarist, but he is awesome and loves to get carried away.
Hide - from XJapan, even better when duelin' with Pata.
Joey Santiago - his riffs are so simple yet they go so well with the songs, and I love how he goes off key and stuff.
