I somehow thought this was in reference to that classic Woody Allen film. (Probably in top 20-25 favorite films).

A doctor told me to follow a BRAT diet for 10 days (bananas, rice water, apple sauce, and [dry] toast). I told him that it would have to be RAT as I will not touch a banana.

I think there was actually an advertisement for bannanas that used to be on television here. And that was their slogan.

I like bananas too. I like them just as they finish ripening as I like the texture and taste.
I'm not overly fond of very ripe bananas or the powdery taste when they're not ripe yet :)
