Mine hasn't, but I'm careful about how I swing it too. I don't swing it as hard as I can, I don't know if you could really call it swinging. There's really only two ways to swing it, vertically and horizontally, diagonally is not possible. I also make sure I'm in a very wide open space. I'm not going to cut anything with it though. I have a real sword for that.
