It was on the local news where a boy with cerebral palsy and muscular dystophy ( guess I didn't hear the second diagnosis) was hit by a teacher.

She was trying to get him to sit up straight in his chair and jerked him to the side causing him to fall out of his chair and wind up with bruises on his arm and side.

His parents are suing the teacher who resigned (was fired) from Athens High School (?) and now the boy is 16 years old aand is being homeschooled.

The hitting happened this January.
