I thought so. First time I've gotten a scam invite through pm... I figured I'd post this publicly to warn people in case this scammer pmed several members.

I just don't want people to get sucked into a scam. I hate scammers with a passion. (that and bot posts along with trolls.) I moderate a couple forums and when I see them posting I don't hesitate to delete and report their posts...

Time for a phishing alert thread comprised solely of single copies of these junk PMs that people are getting, without the side-chatter?

Yes. Thats almost exactly like the one I got from someone else. They always use a female name, and say that they hope you are in good health.
