Could someone please help me? Every time I try to upload a new avatar, it keeps saying "You must fill in the required fields."

Same happens to me when I try alter the page of custom rank/birthday/avatar.

I also get the same message. I can't go to the adult discussion because it won't accept my date of birth. There must be a glitch in the software.
