You should not set any limits to what you can achieve.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. Find a way to work through them...and if you can't, then just choose and entirely different route and go around them to reach your goal.
You only get one chance at life, one opportunity to do the things that you desire and dream of. Don't waste that chance.
