and how do we set them?

I keep waking up every morning feeling like there's no limits to what I can accomplish and get knocked down throughout the day. How do you set limits to what you can do?

I'm the other way round. I wake up in the morning thinking I can't accomplish anything, and the limit slowly rises. I attribute the change to the slightly foggy feeling I get in my head during mornings fading away.

You should not set any limits to what you can achieve.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. Find a way to work through them...and if you can't, then just choose and entirely different route and go around them to reach your goal. :)

You only get one chance at life, one opportunity to do the things that you desire and dream of. Don't waste that chance.
