Hello everybody! I'm Descartes (pronounced like day-cart). I'm sixteen years old and I'm a sophomore in high school. I live in north Texas (very wild weather here 
). I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome when I was twelve and have been seeing various amounts of doctors ever since. My current doctor is kind of "out-there" 
. I was first introduced to this website through one of my teachers, who knows about my AS. She looks out for me a lot . Well, that's my introduction. Thanks for taking the time to read it!

! To answer your question, I think I'm doing pretty well in school. For the time being I'm making As and Bs. My best subjects are World History and English.
My number one hobby is getting on the internet (in fact, I may be addicted
). I like to research things. The main things that I research are history, science, and current events.
My special interests are, as I've already stated, history, science, and current events. In science, I'm interested in anthropology, evolution, the early universe and early days of Earth. I'm also interested in philosophy (as you can imply by my username). As for history, my particular interests are medieval and renaissance Europe, particularaly Elizabethan England and Shakespeare, mainly because I liked their outfits and how they talked.
