Do you have a hard time recongizing these things?

For example, here's some things I have an inability recongizing:

Stuff about music
That "culture pride" stuff (I'm black, so you must how that feels like).
Political-type stuff
Reality TV Shows
Current Events
Having a relationship
Stuff about cars
Stuff about math

That's pretty much it.

Music related stuff always throws me.
It's the lifeblood of the generations, yet I'm probably the most clueless person when it comes to popular music. All I know are names I hear around. I could list them off, but they don't mean anything to me. Song on the radio? wouldn't care what it is or who sings it. Latest top ten albums? wouldn't know, don't care.
Only music I ever get into is soundtrack type stuff, game osts and some J-pop. Not the kind of stuff that normal people in the US know about.

Reality TV I don't get either. I find it really boring and distasteful. The only time I paid some attention to reality TV was Heather on ANTM since it was asperger related.

Politics and Current events I know about, but I find it hard to talk about such things with others.
