Perhaps you can enlighten me: Why do people spell "noob" (short for newbie, or so I gather) with two zeros? :scratch:

actually i know. People on runescape started spelling noob like that after someone made a type-o, and this type o was n00b.

it eventually started spreading all over the internet, and noob begun to be spelled like n00b.
