I just wanted to let you all know that I have been banned from another forum online. I don't know why, but I think it's because people took what I was posting offensively. I think it may have had something to do with my inability to understand how to interact. I cannot believe that I was posting offensive messages on that forum.

Well, I would just like to say thank you for all the support that all of you have given me over the past year! You are all great!

The same thing happened to me before. I offended people by accident, and I got banned. It was because I was talking about tuberculosis, and the admins thought that what I was posting was offensive.

This is the only forum I've been to where people didn't think that I was weird for being obsessed with tuberculosis.

Thank you so much!

I guess what one person does not find offensive, another one does. I like you all on Wrongplanet very much!

ditto on the first part though it was a chatroom the message board that it was attached to with me. The weird thing was I was attacked alot more and no one else got in trouble, I would say avoid nonaspie forums as they (in my experience) often times seem to be clicky (not that aspie forums cant be we just suck at making clicks.)

The only sites i have seen outside aspie forums, just about anything goes so that helps me not get offended too much by posts here.

I've gotten banned from some forums for the same reason as you. It hurt for a long time because I liked those forums, but I'm over it now.

Oh, my gosh!

I do not think this is a good idea because the word "attack" is not a good word as it is.

Be cool!

There are hundreds of internet forums and millions of people. So you got banned from a few of them. So what? People that do that are lazy. Instead of trying to work with you to find out what the problem was, they said "who cares" and pressed the ban button.

They are not good people and they did you wrong. Why would you care about people like that?

Hello!

You must be a new member.

The truth is, they barely even gave me a chance, and I had just joined that forum. I felt terrible! Where is peoples' perfect sense!

May I ask what you posted that got you banned? Because nothing you've said in this forum or in any of the IM conversations we've had struck me as being even remotely offensive.
