wow, doesn't surprise me. there's alot of Christian nut jobs out there i mean burning crosses on the arms of children? I honestly cant remember Jesus telling people that they should inflict pain on children in order to make them believe in him. but then again Jesus and Christianity have never been in the same boat now have they?
Yes, they have. What a cocky statement.

Hardly. I think it's rather fair, since so many Christian denominations run contrary to Christ. The more Fundamentalist you get, the further from Jesus it seems you go.
Anyway, this is appalling. I would have expected this in... no, never mind. Pretty much anywhere in America that isn't a big city is fair game for this sort of insanity. Burning children? And perhaps taking refuge under Freedom of Religion? Can it be my religion to pop this 'teacher' in the face? I concur with what has been said, teaching Creationism in science class is enough to get you fired. If you taught alchemy in chemistry, you'd get fired. Phrenology in psychology, (not in historical context, but as fact) you'd get fired. But
burning children in the name of your religion in a school?!? Insanity.
