In The Bible, it breaks off after Jesus is found
in the temple when He was 12.

The Bible doesn't return to Him until He is 30.
There is a window from when He is 12
until He begins His ministry 18 years later.

So what do you think happened to Jesus during those 18 years?

Elaborate, fellow Christian Aspies!

He was taught the mysteries, like any mystic.

It's a very long and arduous schooling (about 15 years solid), it requires amazing concentration and dedication, on top of natural predisposition. According to the stars, Jesus was definitely a chosen one.

He was taught how to perform miracles, how to influence reality through concentrated thought and emotion, and he was taught how to ascend, all by master Essenes, the mystical Hebrew sect he was born into.

The Egyptian Pharaohs were also schooled in similar fashion, some with more success than others.

Why does it matter?

Let's borrow a page from the Buddhists, shall we?

A man was shot by a poisoned arrow, but before he would allow the physicians to withdraw it, he demanded that several questions be answered. First, he not only wanted to know who shot the arrow, but who that person's parents were. Likewise, what tree did the arrow shaft come from? What were the tools used to craft its head? From what specific plot of land did the plant from which the poison was made originate?

Before the time the man could elaborate all his questions, he was dead.

He had a lot of sex during those years, you see, in heaven there's no pot or sex or anything like that so one of the main reasons he came down to earth was to get his fill.

So the moral of the story is shut up, sit down, and believe what we tell you? I'm sorry, my drive for knowledge forbids me to. I must ask questions. If no one asks questions, we will stagnate. Unable to change and adapt, we shall die.

yes, it's an interesting question. no-one knows. there's lots of mysteries in the bible and contemplating them serves to keep your mind fixed on god, so that's ok too.

end of the world is when all mysteries are revealed (revelations) so i guess we'll find out then.

Um.. I was saying that as a joke, and as far as I'm concerned if there is a heaven there probably is no pot or sex so it could be a logical guess as to why he was apparently here. My intention was not to offend anyone as I didn't say it in a hurtful manor.

I'll never grow up, well my sense of humor probably won't anyhow, it may change though nonetheless but we'll see. :P

Jesus worked for Pizza Hut until he started hearing voices and changed his direction in life

You sure it was Pizza Hut? I saw a guy who looked a lot like Jesus at Taco Bell the other day.
