I don't see what the problem was!! :?

If both girls consented, why shouldn't they be allowed to have sex with each other?

Arrests and jailings should be a last resort for behaviors like these. Too many people seem to have become too comfortable with them being the first resort, and with them being used because someone irritates, or "alarms" or "offends" others. A lot of people seem way too comfortable with seeing offenses where there were none intended, none existed, and with poking their noses into businesses that don't concern them.

Tolerance is gone. The default and only solution to "social problems", most of which aren't problems at all, is to find someone to blame, punish them, and put them away. Tolerance expresses the strength that we have to deal with problems. Intolerance is weakness.

Forget the alleged sex in the public bathroom for a minute. Those two women still have charges giving false information to the cops as well as assault and battery. Since they said that one of them were drunk and the friend was assisting her in the bathroom (that's one damn good friend!), than it will be up to the prosecutor to disprove that. If they were having sex, than arresting them would be appropriate if: they were inconveniencing other customers and wouldn't leave, the bar didn't want that kind of thing there, someone wanted to make an example of them to keep sex in public bathrooms from becoming a public nuissiance elsewhere.

i already said something about this on another site, but i think that its cool that cheerleaders has ex in that public bathroom, and now the place where it happened the owner is now letting people in free if they dress up as a cheerleader, because of all the publicity.
