Also, another thing that I forgot to mention about CRT's is the fact that they are engineered to have a design life of @ 100,000 hours before they die. As far as I know, LCD's and other flat panel technology does not have the same design life.
Then again too, before a CRT dies, and when a CRT screen becomes blurry, and/or with less than vibrant colors, and essentially unusable are two entirely differant things. For what it's worth, I'm using an LCD.
