It would be interesting to know what these meds are.

When I was younger, before I started taking anti-depressants (at age 12), I think a lot of my traits were a lot pronounced. It would be interesting to know if they'd be stronger again if I stopped taking the stuff.

I think mostly it's just that I was a lot more anxious then, so I had a lot more meltdowns and such. Of course, I don't know if the anxiety would come back without the pills, either.

Why ?

I have been on antidepressants for months and they had a similar effect on me, way more NT, but came back to the usual me when I stopped.

it was zyprexa then geodon then seroquel then risperdal and depokate and ativan then abilify and tegrotal and lithium then risperdal and lithium 3 more times. all for no reason.
I have lost social inhibition, aspie behavior, the flattened affect, nts understand me when speak now, all my savant skills, and my logical and inutiutive thought process, lithuim destroyed my autistic thinking and now im pretty sure i think like an nt. I hate it

They used to think a frontal lobe lobotomy was a "cure" for the same reason. It's not.

No I think what's happened is they have drained your emotions away. Didn't you say they were for controlling emotions the other night?? The is no "cure" for autism its a fantasy remember that.
