Nintendo's biggest screwup (sony snes cd)

The biggest flop ever was The Virtual Boy. It fell dead on itself only about a year and a half after it's release, maybe even less.
AND only a dozen titles were released for it in the US.
In terms of Sony beating Nintendo, you have to question what failure really is. The N64 and Gamecube weren't as popular as the first two Playstations yes, but they still made profits for Nintendo. Even if the Wii gets knocked off it's pedestal it's still made tons of money for Nintendo and probably still will until it's lifespan ends. When your company is still making green (or whatever the color of Yen is in Japan) I think you can live with not being number one.

I know Microsoft finally started making profit on the Xbox 360 recently as in the past six months however Sony has yet to make a profit actually they are in the negatives around 2 billion dollars (gaming division only) while Nintendo has made a profit from the start. From a financial stand point Nintendo is the top dog this go around which is not going to change any time soon especially since the global economy is getting beat up.
