I wish a group of us could get together for real. I want to be with some people who we don't have to constantly make conversation with to keep each other company

Hi, have you checked the 'national autistic society' website to see if there are any services near you, I've never been that interested in being social but I know at least near me there is apparently a centre for autistic/aspergian individuals which holds weekly meetings.

BTW I was born quite near Birmingham (well, in the black country- but still xD).

Edit: I just saw the bottom of your post. :(

My brain always seems to cut off the last lines of a text (can I blame that on ASD or am I just careless lol)...

Eh, but a 'wrong planet' meeting group would be a cool idea.

Well, lets start to ask some questions then, what do you like to do? I don't know the answer to that question, but there are usually lots of conventions for almost any hobby. You just got to look around and see what you can find. If you're specifically looking for people with ASD's I don't know how often they have conventions there. I did go to an asperger's association of new england convention once. I don't know how often they hold them. I would check it out though.

I know who is lonely.
Some guy has been asking why I won't see him anymore.
I pretend to acknowledge him by saying it's because we have nothing in common.
Of course, that's not informative, so he'll just have to guess.
Is he lonely? Should I care?

I think he very probably is, but without knowing a lot about what happened between you, I can't be sure at all.
You sound like you're beating yourself up about it.
Why not start a new topic, just about that one incident and see if anybody can shed any light onto it for you? Getting rid of people is a tricky thing for most people. Maybe you just need to look at a few ways of doing that gently. But I'm only guessing.

You do? Birmingham UK? Are you at all interested in meeting up? I wouldn't know what to do or talk about though...

Try local mental health services to see if they have any programs.
