It really helps to fight off paranoia or anxiety. If somebody is talking negative about you behind your back then they is a coward anyway because they wont say it to your face.

I'm asking that yall can apply this qoute to your life because it helped me out alot when I was scared of doing things just because of what other people may say. I know it's a random statement but it is a random discussion.

I agree with that, if someone is twatty enough to talk behind your back anyway then they ain't worth you caring.

I stopped caring what people thought a while back but still care. I am just not going to stay upset of what someone thinks of me. If someone doesn't like me, so what. But when someone says something bad to me, I want to know why they said it and how they got that idea. Maybe I did something wrong or there was a misunderstanding. Bugs me when they don't answer of course so I assume they are too coward to tell me why because they know I am right and they are wrong and they just don't want to admit it.

I do care what the people that like me think, but as far as those who don't like me, I could care less. In fact, I have been known in the past to make those that don't like me hate me even more.

Since talking on the net I don't care nearly so much about what other people think of me.
I used to feel different and socially hopeless, it would get me down, but ...... now I don't care nearly so much. Like Spokane girl, I still care, but I don't dwell on it.

I hear it and spend days crying to myself... Just makes me sick. Probably should just learn to deal with it...

From my experience, the best thing to do is not give a flying you know what about what other people think of you. You were not born to please them and their opinions should have no bearing on what you think of yourself and how you live your life.

Caring about other's opinions used to really bother me. Now, I'm still bothered by it, but I can usually straighten my head out and not focus on it so much. Besides, if people can create such issues about you, then i wouldn't want to know what issues they're trying to hide.
