I feel it often, but often i also dont notice
in a way until an hour later if i`m working.
I just get this feel thats somethings wrong,
continue to work and then it hits me "oh, i`m
hungry as i dont know what." I get hungry and
have to eat around every 2-3 hours on average
from i wake up and until 19:00 - 20:00. Some
times i wake up because my stomack is growling
at me
sounds like a wounded tiger and omg
how hungry i am. My metabolism have always
been skyrocketing, if i dont eat well, i can and
usually do loose several kilos of bodyweight in
only 1-3 days
it can be very annoying and
stressful since i dont eat well when i feel down
sometimes and see myself get thinner so fast.
One big pluss is that when i train, i get down to
almost no bodyfat at all pretty fast if i want to.
so lucky, wish my metabolism was like that, i love sweets, and that would help me lose weight
