I cant go get knocked up and have a baby like a girl can,
I have such a hard time even getting into a relationship!
I want to be a family man!
any single available women out there with baby fever?
why can single women have children and men cant?!

Well, if you're a FTM transexual or a hermerphadite you may be able to, otherwise no.
Perhaps you could adopt? Or babysit a lot?

Being a single mom is by no means something to envy. I can't imagine much of anything more difficult than that.

You can try adoption. I'm sure stranger things have happened.

It's that whole unfair I-have-the-uterus scam that women have going. And they've got eggs too. It's like a kit.

I think that you can hire a uterus. But it's expensive and you still have to get your hands on some eggs.

And since you are a mutant, there might be interspeciation issues in attempts to spawn with human eggs.
