Yep, you sound like an aspie to me. Welcome to the club.

As a sidenote, your husband is mistaken about you being "antisocial". It is a common mistake to linguistically confuse asocial with anti-social. Anti-social behavior is behavior in which you are acting against society in an overt way, such as swearing in public, fighting, busting out windows, or stealing. Your husband should be using the term asocial. The 'a' prefix means "not", so asocial means 'not social'. Asocial behavior is covert, and can be anything from not joining in at dinner conversation, or watching while others are playing, or laughing at a funeral. It goes against what others expect from us socially. Once again, just about everyone confuses the two, and I didn't know the difference until a couple years back.

Tnank you guys for welcoming me.

I hate when people crack their nuckles, when they chew, when they have a running nose, when they click their retracktable pens. I hate music too when I hear it from someones headphones. Loud sounds like a loud motor make "my heart stop".

Actuallly, I think that the success that I have in the accademic field is because I study A LOT. I think invest a much greater effort to achieve some result in schools then others have to...

I must say, that the reason that I am interested to figure whether I have an aspergers syndrome is because i just want to know - what is it that is "wrong with me" and why people have always found me strange. They never tell me what exactly is strange about me... and why I am different. Yes, in primary school I was subject to A LOT of bullying. I mean, when I was under 10. I have really always tried to be like everybody else. But always turned out to be an "odd number".
So, it would be great to know at least that there is some group of people to which I am not so odd and different.

Thanks. I hate graphs. It really takes a while for me to understand them. But the ability to read graphs quickly is a very useful skill. May be I will pick it as my next obsession.

Well, speaking about math - it is not just math. There are certain areas of math that I like. But a lot of math stuff that I have to study bores me to death and makes me depressed.

I'm not a math person (it's not that it isn't interesting, it's just that I'm not good at it), but I've always been interested in math-related things such as fractals and chaos theory.

Welcome new one, how ever long ago it might be? I understand the feelings you felt during your past and perhaps even now.
