I have always liked A Christmas Carol. One of my favorite versions is the one with patrick Stewart TNT did a few years ago.

That's a real good movie; I saw it for the first time in 3rd grade and it inspired me to read the book. I found the Alastair Simms version boring in comparison. When I first saw it though, I lost a few nights of sleep because I found the ghost of Christmas future frightening, and I thought that he (if it was a he) was going to come and attack me.

This year, on Christmas, I watched "Blackadder's Christmas Carol", and I thought it was just marvelous. It's essentially a pardoy of "A Christmas Carol", and in the story, Blackadder is the nicest man in England (for those who have never watched "Blackadder", the idea of Blackadder being nice is kind of like the idea of Atilla the Hun being a sweet, gentle, and pacifist ballet dancer), and on Christmas, a ghost comes and shows him just how miserable he is making his own life by being nice to everyone else. It was hysterically funny and I loved it.
