Question's in the title.

I thought about this cos yesterday I watched that episode of Friends where Phoebe changed her name to Princess Consuela Bananahammock, LOL.

I would change it to Torina Valentina la Vella. Torina for Torino in Italy, Valentina just for fun, and la Vella for Andorra la Vella in Andorra. It's cool when people are named after cities (Cuba Gooding Jr., Orlando Bloom, Dakota Fanning, etc...).

I have no problem with my name, but if I were to change it, I would take on the name of one of my ancestors:

Jacobus Craven

I love the sound of that name. It has a sort of mysterious gothic type flair to it. I also find it interesting to note that Jacobus's father lived on Drury Lane in London, England.

When I was growing up and in grade school, I wanted to change my name. I was ashamed of myself and embarrased if someone called my name. When ever my name was called in class, everyone would moan, and groan and make rude comments about me. I just wanted to hide and get out of there. It took till about high school for me to start accepting me for who I was, and I stayed a quiet person, to myself, so no one would know me, and would have no reason to be mean to me. It was about 11th grade that I began to take pride in who I was, and in my name, Genisa.

Genisa's a nice name.

My full first name is Georgina, which I hate, so I shorten it to Gina which is marginally better, but I still don't like my name that much. That's why when I'm 18, I'm changing my name to what I said in the OP.
