EDIT: nevermind, just saw that the other thread is recent, better go there:
http://www.wrongplanet.net/postxf86636-0-15.html

Being aspies I understand, we suck at socializing, but when someone wrote not so long ago about doing a collective, I thought "damn, that's great, it's doable". (:

What could be good ideas for it to materialize, what goals?

Spread AS or spread art, or both?

what could do the people in it to gain exposure? nvmnd, I answered myself, we'd need to do expositions of course, doh.

what names do you suggest?

So, I think this is version 0.01 of it. (:

WE ARE THE COLLECTIVE

WE WILL ASSIMILATE YOUR KNOWLEDGE

YOUR FEELINGS ARE IRRELEVENT TO US

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BE ONE OF US

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND US

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CURE US

PERSISTANCE IS FUTILE

As someone who seems to have many of the characteristics of Asperger's but is undiagnosed I seriously wonder what the point of joining into an AS artist group might indicate. I paint, write poetry, do sculpture and have done jewelry and have peculiar concepts but it seems to me that these creations must have general validity rather than be interesting because I might have Asperger's. It seems to me that my personality difficulties are irrelevant insofar as my art is concerned.
